No date? No problem!

Here’s how you can book with no wedding date set just yet!

This is a tricky question because the answer is Maybe! Most brides that ask this question have a few dates in mind for their wedding date and they’re trying to get things figured out with their venue. We can take your booking (retainer & contract) and “pencil” you in for up to three dates, you will then have 30 days to advise us which of these dates (or another date as long as it’s still available) you’re picking for your wedding day. IF we have another couple requesting a booking for that date, we will contact you and ask for your booking or to release this date from your booking.

When this system really works is if you’re planning your wedding in months other than June/July/August, or a non-Saturday this makes it easy because the dates are not as popular. Also bookings that are more than 12 months in advance it gives you a lot more options for available dates.

Of course in this situation every case is different so it’s best to contact us about your wedding and see what we can do!
