Just days before your wedding day. You’re stressed about last minute details. Putting the final touches on your DIY projects. Meeting with family and friends that have come from out of town for your wedding. You’re also probably neglecting to take care of yourself. Not enough sleep, too much stress will all lead to a lower immune system that will cause you to get sick, yes even in the middle of the summer! The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is looking for the tissues and Buckley’s because you’d rather be in bed than taking photos in the heat.
Bridesmaids listen up! Your job that last week before your best friends wedding is to make sure she goest to bed at a decent hour. Make sure she’s taking care of herself, don’t let her forget to take a deep breath, eat properly! Keep her calm and avoiding big stress. On the wedding day, make sure the bride has a nice breakfast, and is drinking plenty of water in the morning so she is hydrated!
Take care of yourself before your big day, so on your big day you can enjoy. Have fun. Stay up all night and celebrate into the early hours of the night.
