Hidden Gem

The best part about traveling for our family is going on mini adventures driving around and checking out the local spots. Always keeping an eye out for a cute hole in the wall cafe with little treats. On our last little adventure up Laguna Beach area we drove past what looked like a little bakery with a bunch of yummy treats in the store front window. We quickly took the next right and parked the car, followed the amazing scent of french pastries the half block back up the street. We came across C’est La Vie. The cutest little bakery/restaurant with a yummy crescents, breads and pastries. Literally the yummiest crescents we have ever tasted, in the almond, chocolate and jam variety.

To accompany the yummy treats we were on the hunt for coffee, with google maps to the rescue. We stopped at Laguna Beach Coffee. Oh what a treat. A little cafe with a cute local atmosphere. We got a latte and americana to go. Ah-mazing!

We will be going back to both locations soon!

I love finding hidden gems! They usually have the best food, and or stuff, depending on what the shop is! That croissant looks delicious!

I traveled to Laugna beach a few times for my past life corporate job. It is an amazing little town, and I loved every minute of being there. Your little guy is too adorable with that grin.
